Located in Madrid’s Torre Europa financial district, ZAEL Intercom SL is the Group’s operational and administrative core. It houses the Chairman’s Office and oversees coordination between all international affiliates and strategic partners.

International Marketing of Strategic Minerals
Founded by CEO Gabriel Zagabe, Atlantic Dream RDC SL manages international marketing and sales of 3T minerals (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten).

ZINERGY SARL (DR Congo 🇨🇩)

Renewable Energy Flagship Project (2000MW)
ZINERGY holds the rights for a transformative solar energy project in the DRC: 2000MW across Kinshasa, Likasi, and Lubumbashi. This $2B initiative will generate over 6,000 direct jobs and significantly boost the national GDP through clean, accessible power.

Atlantic Dream RDC SARL (DR Congo 🇨🇩)

Local Branch – Strategic Minerals Operations
The DRC branch of Atlantic Dream SL oversees extraction, purchasing, and export of 3T minerals at low and medium scale.

ZAEL Mining SARL (DR Congo 🇨🇩)

Large-Scale Gold & Strategic Mining
Specialized in industrial-scale mining of gold and other critical minerals, particularly across the Greater Kivu region. The company adheres to international sustainability and traceability standards.

ZAEL Logistics SARLU (DR Congo 🇨🇩)

Integrated Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Handles national and regional logistics for the Group, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation, ensuring full control, efficiency, and traceability.

RO.C Security SARL (DR Congo 🇨🇩)

Security Equipment & Defense Technologie
In partnership with the Congolese State, RO.C Security develops local solutions for the production of modern security and defense equipment using national resources. Serving civil protection, police, and defense sectors across the sub-region, the company offers scalable, innovative technologies tailored to African challenges.

Regional Hub for East African Operations
Based in Nairobi, this entity facilitates trade, representation, and investment between East Africa and the rest of the world. The strategic location offers access to the Indian Ocean through the Port of Mombasa.

Solidarity for Women and Children Affected by War
The Foundation embodies our social mission by supporting women and children impacted by conflict, particularly victims of the GENOCOST. A percentage of ZAEL Group’s profits is allocated to direct action or support for trusted NGOs in the field.

TDI Sistemas is an entirely Spanish privately owned company founded in early 1994. Its headquarters are located in Madrid and has an office in Barcelona. Since its inception it has been a pioneer in the field of special telecommunications installations, fiber optics and Data Processing Centers.

Its evolution towards a more industrial sector within the framework of engineering and installations has meant that currently the industrial projects division of TDI Sistemas, consisting of Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Installations, Air Conditioning Systems Installations, Security Installations, PCI, CCTV and Audits in Energy Efficiency projects, accounts for 80% of the company’s turnover.

In 2014 the company TDI International was created, based in the city of Seoul, South Korea, from where it works in the prospecting and international marketing of different products and services, holding the representation for Europe and Latin America of different Korean companies.
