Founded in 2012 in Madrid, Spain, ZAEL Group International has established itself as a leader in private and public-private investments across Finance, New Technology, and the sustainable exploitation of natural resources in developing countries and emerging markets. Headquartered in the Torre Europa Financial District of Madrid, we have expanded our presence to 9 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, and America, employing over 120 professionals.

Our Expertise

  • Finance: Our team excels in fundraising and financial arrangements, particularly in challenging destinations. We have a proven track record in countries like Kenya, Spain, DR Congo, and Tanzania, sourcing funds primarily from the private financial sector.
  • Solar Energy: In collaboration with European energy giants, we are launching a USD 2 billion mega project in Central Africa to construct two photovoltaic parks, each with a production capacity of 1000 megawatts. This initiative is set to create 6,000 stable jobs, significantly impacting the region’s socio-economic landscape.
  • Mining: Over the past decade, we have invested substantially in the mining sector, particularly the 3T (tin, tantalum, and tungsten) and . Our commitment to transparency, ethics, sustainability, and traceability ensures that the minerals we produce contribute positively to technological development while bearing the stamp of sustainability.
  • Agriculture: Recognizing the importance of sustainable agriculture, we have incorporated farming and agriculture into our business lines, promoting projects that align with our sustainability goals.

Gabriel Zagabe, a visionary entrepreneur of DR Congolese origin, founded ZAEL Group International during the global recession of 2008-2012. His expertise in high finance management, international banking, and deep connections with Africa and natural resource markets have been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction and success.
